If you don’t call Ray for any plumbing job, it will be truly your loss! He is the most honest, skilled, caring and prompt to serve technician I have ever met! We had an issue with our water heater and he acted as righteously as possible instead of making himself a profit to replace it. He referred us to Keith Boylin, another decent professional in our area working as electrician. The matter got resolved in one day. Both were so prompt and professional. The cost of electrical work was also reasonable and I was very happy that the water heater got to work again without me having to change it. But when I offered Ray at least a service charge for his time and inspection, he declined to charge me…! My goodness…Who does these gestures of kindness now a days?! Any how, I will certainly keep their contact numbers and will rely on them for any other future work…

Licensed Professional, family oriented, efficient, high standards work. Ray was responsive, reliable, and trustworthy. Ray and his team helped us out by replacing an inappropriately and hazardously installed a water heater with a great quality water heater 100% up to code. We were so upset to find out the home we have been renting has had inappropriate water heating installation and ventilation. Ray was very professional, up front, and made his intentions to provide high standard services very clear. From working with him, I can tell he truly cares about his work, he is highly knowledgeable about his craft, and he is family oriented. He carries his service to only deliver high standards and I can tell he believes in long term quality and efficiency over a quick fix. We definitely recommend him as a plumber to anyone who wants high standards work done on their property. We are very happy and satisfied with the results.
