If you don’t call Ray for any plumbing job, it will be truly your loss! He is the most honest, skilled, caring and prompt to serve technician I have ever met! We had an issue with our water heater and he acted as righteously as possible instead of making himself a profit to replace it. He referred us to Keith Boylin, another decent professional in our area working as electrician. The matter got resolved in one day. Both were so prompt and professional. The cost of electrical work was also reasonable and I was very happy that the water heater got to work again without me having to change it. But when I offered Ray at least a service charge for his time and inspection, he declined to charge me…! My goodness…Who does these gestures of kindness now a days?! Any how, I will certainly keep their contact numbers and will rely on them for any other future work…
